“We needed a poster for a conference being held on Saturday and because of scheduling problems did not finish the PowerPoint until late. The poster was almost done when the printer ran out of paper. The wrong paper had been delivered so Bob personally went to get the right type, waited until the print finished at 7:00 pm on Friday night, and delivered the poster to us on his way home.
