OfficeMax ImPress Overview Sessions Scheduled

OfficeMax ImPress overview sessions have been scheduled for October.

Contracts & Purchasing Services invites you to attend one of these one hour sessions and learn more of what OfficeMax ImPress provides, how to efficiently utilize their website for your printing requests, and meet Bob Hostetler, OMax ImPress Representative for our campus.

Attendance is not required to access the OfficeMax printing portal.  If you are unable to attend, you may request access by completing the OfficeMax Access Request form-  http://www.sjsu.edu/finance/docs/office_max_training_reg.pdf

Please feel free to enroll yourself in any of our available sessions by logging in to MySJSU.  In MySJSU navigate to:   Self Service > Learning and Development > Enroll in Training Classes

To Search by Course Number:
1. Click on Search by Course Number
2. Enter FIN011  (It is case sensitive.)
3. Click the Search pushbutton
4. Click on the View Available Sessions hyperlink.
5. Select the session you would like to attend.
6. Click the Enroll pushbutton.

To Search by Course Name:
1. Click on Search by Course Name
2. Enter OfficeMax ImPress Overview (It is case sensitive.)
3. Click the Search pushbutton
4. Click on the View Available Sessions hyperlink.
5. Select the session you would like to attend.
6. Click the Enroll pushbutton.

Note:   If you receive a message stating no results were found that match your search, please check the spelling and casing of either the Course Number or Course Name as these are case sensitive.

With the recent announcement of OfficeMax Impress, providing printing products and services, departments now have an expanded choice and ordering flexibility for printing requests. We encourage and remind campus departments to utilize the following preferred options for their printing needs:

 A.S. Print Shop – Official Campus Printing and Copy Services Provider

  • Provides quality printing and copying service to SJSU staff, faculty and students.
  • Easy and fast ordering process.
  • Located on-campus at Hoover Hall.
  • Requesters can provide their department chartfields to charge order to.

OfficeMax ImPress – Off-Campus Preferred Vendor

  • Offers a variety of printing products and services.
  • Full digital on-line ordering process.
  • Quick turnaround time.
  • OfficeMax and ProCard access is required to place orders.

Sierra Office Supply & Printing

  • The university’s primary vendor for SJSU logo stationary: business cards, letterheads, and envelopes.
  • Sierra Office and ProCard access is required in order to place orders.

Requisition

  • A Requisition is to be submitted in the Financial Transaction Services (FTS) system for the following types of requests:
    • Promotional products such as mugs, t-shirts, and pens.
    • Printing requests that cannot be fulfilled by the above vendors.
