ProCard/GoCard Workshop Zoom Session

We are having a ProCard/GoCard Workshop on Friday, May 28th from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. via Zoom.

New and current cardholders are encouraged to attend when they need assistance or have questions about the ProCard/GoCard. If you are interested in joining the session, you’ll need to register by 5pm on Thursday, May 27th. Please keep in mind the first 30 minutes of the workshop will provide an overview of the reconciliation. After the overview, the workshop is opened for cardholders to ask questions or seek assistance in completing their reconciliation.

FTS Requisitions

FTS Users,

We’ve been experiencing technical issues related FTS Requisitions that contain symbols in the Item Description and Line Comments fields. Please omit symbols such as ™ , ®, ©, ‘, and ” from those fields.  For measurements, replace ‘ with the word feet or ft. and ” with inches or in. Thank you for your cooperation.

April Accounting Period Close

For employees who track or manage department budgets, please note that the month of April 2021 is now closed in CFS.

This means that the General Ledger (GL) system will not accept any more entries with a April journal date. May transactions can still be entered into the GL system, but the journal date must be 5/1/21 or later. The current period open is May 2021.
