San Jose State University’s School of Music and Dance invites students, staff and faculty to attend the first KALEIDOSCOPE! program at the Hammer Theatre in downtown San Jose on Sat. Oct. 22, at 7:30 p.m. The 70-minute live production features non-stop performances from two dozen SJSU musical and dance soloists and ensembles, from jazz orchestra to string orchestra, from choraliers to opera theater, from contemporary to modern dance. For someone who has never attended a music or dance performance KALEIDOSCOPE!  presents a fast-paced, exciting introduction to the performing arts. There is something for newcomers and connoisseurs alike.
