Academic Department Schedulers: Please join our Academic Scheduling team for open labs via Zoom to answer your Spring 2024 schedule-building questions.

Round 1 Cycle – September 5-15, 2023
Zoom Open Labs

  • Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Friday, September 8, 2023 from 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Round 1.5 Cycle – September 22 – October 2, 2023
Zoom Open Labs

  • Monday, September 25, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

To attend any of these open labs, please email academicscheduling@sjsu.edu with the specific date(s) and you will receive an invitation with a Zoom link.
