In the past few months we have been making numerous incremental changes on a few websites to republish content using RSS. Promoting the idea of creating content once and publishing it anywhere, a RSS feed can be read. I have talked to my team, Office of Public Affairs & CIO on this topic as it seems to fit well with an efficient communication plan.

Here Brad, talks about working examples from Office of Web and New Media and endless possibilities to re-purpose content across multiple platforms like FaceBook, YouTube, iTunes U, Flickr, Twitter etc.
In a nutchell, I am delighted to see the convergence of technology using RSS.
