CHRS: Common Human Resources System
CHRS Recruiting: The new system for faculty and staff recruiting being implemented throughout the CSU
We are less than 24 hours from turning on the new recruiting system for faculty and staff, CHRS Recruiting. The new system will be used for all Tenured, Tenure-Track, and Full- and Part-Time Temporary Faculty recruitments, as well as all Staff & MPP recruitments.
An email will be sent tomorrow (Wednesday, July 8) when the system is ready for use.
In preparation for the new system coming online tomorrow, the CHRS Recruiting webpage has been updated. User guides and job aids, as well as system overviews, have been posted. In addition, you will find information about training, security, and how to get help. Pages in the UP Process Toolkit related to recruitment have also been updated.
Beginning Thursday, July 9, and running daily through July 31 (Monday-Friday), the CHRS Recruiting team will host Open Labs to support our users during the transition to the new system. These Open Labs will be held via Zoom and are intended to provide one-on-one assistance with the various functions in the new system.
