“Rashmi and the Enterprise Systems team coordinated with the Chancellor’s Office to migrate our web servers to the new Linux web server. She and others on campus worked almost all night long on November 4 to test the system to ensure that it was working smoothly when we arrived at SJSU the next morning. At 2 AM when things still were not functioning properly, Rashmi got on a Zoom meeting with IT at the Chancellor’s Office to share screens so they could troubleshoot the problems.
