Obtaining Student Data Warehouse Access

To request access to the Student Data Warehouse, complete the Student Data Warehouse Request Form. The form provides Institutional Effectiveness and Analytics (IEA) and Information Technology (IT) with information about your data needs and confirms that you have completed the required data security training.

After the appropriate user role has been determined, an electronic document is circulated to your manager and the data stewards (the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions and Program Evaluations, and the Registrar.)

If all requests are approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  If your request is not approved at any point in this process you will also receive an e-mail. The access request and approval process is summarized in the diagram below.

 

 

January Introductory Student Data Warehouse Training for Associate Deans and Department Chairs

Good morning Everyone,

We have scheduled two additional training sessions for Associate Deans and Department Chairs who where unable to attend the training offered at the end of the fall semester, or others who would like a refresher on the content covered in the previous training sessions. The training will be held in Clark Hall room 505 at the times below:

1/15 – 2:00 – 3:00 PM

1/24 – 3:00 – 4:00 PM

Also, you are welcome to contact me via e-mail to schedule a one-on-one session if the above times do not fit into your schedule.
