Academic standing will be viewable under your Unofficial Transcript in MySJSU starting on Thursday, June 5. For instructions on how to view your Unofficial Transcript, see View My Unofficial Transcript.
Official Transcripts Temporarily Unavailable (May 27—June 4)
Due to end of term processing, all transcript production will stop at 4 pm on Tuesday, May 27. Transcript production will resume on Thursday, June 5. In addition, we expect a high volume of Official Transcript Requests at the end of the semester, so our processing time may take longer.

Grading Opened April 23
Grade rosters for all regular and special session classes with end dates through May 31 have been opened for access since April 23. Grades can be entered during this time.
Grading Closes Thursday, May 29
The final deadline for faculty to enter grades in Self-Service is at 11:59 pm on Thursday, May 29.
Change of grade forms to clear Incomplete grades from Spring 2013 and prior terms, and Spring 2012 RP grades are due by 4:45 pm at window “R” in the Student Services Center.

Hello SJSU community,
The Spartan Bookstore has received the go-ahead to begin moving to our temporary location on the new west side of the Student Union (across from the Engineering Building) on Monday, April 21.
We will continue providing limited products and services during this time, primarily:
- Exam books
- Graduation regalia
During our move we will have extremely limited access to email and voicemail. We thank you for your patience during our store transition.

No classes will be held during the week of March 24—28 for spring recess. However, San José State administrative offices will remain open for business.
Cesar Chavez Day
All San José State offices will be closed on Monday, March 31 in observance of Cesar Chavez day. No classes will be held. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, April 1.
Payment Due Date
The final Spring 2014 payment due date is Tuesday, March 18.
Check Your Account
Please log into MySJSU and verify that you do not have an outstanding balance. If you see that you do have a balance due, please make your payment by the due date to avoid any negative consequences.
