Monday is Last Day to Add a Class for Spring ’13

Last Day To Add

The last day to add a class is Monday, February 11. For instructions on how to register, add classes and/or drop classes, view Tutorials for Students.

MySJSU Available Monday

The regular weekly maintenance scheduled for Monday, February 11 has been cancelled. This means the system will be up and available for students wishing to add classes before the midnight registration deadline.

Open University Students

The Open University Quick Admit button on the MySJSU homepage will be removed at 11:59 pm on Sunday, February 10. If you wish to add a class on Monday, Feb 11—the last day to add classes—please visit the Office of the Registrar.

Spring ’13 Late Registration Deadlines

Late Registration Period

Late Registration will start at 7 am on Wednesday, January 23 and will end at 11:59 pm on Monday, February 11.

Add/Drop Deadlines

  • The last day to drop without a ‘W’ grade is Monday, February 4.
  • The last day to add is Monday, February 11.

Spring ’13 Advance Registration Will Close Jan 13

Advance Registration for Spring 2013 will be closed at 11:59 pm on Sunday, January 13.

Registration Closed

No Registration activities will be allowed from Monday January 14 through Tuesday, January 22.

Late Registration

Late registration will open on the first day of instruction, at 7 am on Wednesday, January 23.

System Unavailable During Last Day of Advance Registration Sunday

Spring 2013 Advance Registration for regular session students ends at 11:59 pm this Sunday, January 13.

System Unavailable Sunday

There will be a mandatory system outage from 7 am to 1 pm on Sunday, January 13 for required system updates. During this outage, there will be no access to MySJSU (PeopleSoft), campus internet, or central campus resources like SJSUOne.

Late Registration

If you are unable to register for your classes by 11:59 pm on January 13, you may do so during the Late Registration period, which begins at 7 am on Wednesday, January 23.

Fall ’12 Late Registration Deadlines

Late Registration for Fall 2012 began at 7 am on Wednesday, August 22 and will end at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, September 11.

Last Day to Drop

The last day to drop without a ‘W’ grade is Tuesday, September 4. Dropping after this deadline will require a Petition for Course Drop which will be available from Academic Advising & Retention Services at Petitions.

Last Day to Add

The last day to add a class is Tuesday, September 11. Adding after this deadline will require a Late Enrollment Petition which will be available from the Office of the Registrar at Academic Forms.
