Spring 2012 initial grades entered in Approved status will be viewable in MySJSU starting on Wednesday, May 30.

Academic Standing will be viewable in MySJSU starting on Wednesday June 6.

Official Transcripts

Due to the high volume of Official Transcript Requests at the end of the semester, the processing time will take longer.

The Office of the Registrar will not be providing transcripts to students from May 30—June 5. This time is needed to finalize grades and academic standing.

They will resume sending transcripts on June 6. We appreciate your patience.

Faculty Access for Spring ’12 Grade Rosters

Wednesday, May 16

Grade rosters for all regular and special session classes with end dates through May 31 will be generated and open for access at 7 am on Wednesday, May 16. Faculty can begin entering grades in MySJSU at this time.

Thursday, May 31

The final grade submission deadline for faculty to enter grades in Self-Service is at 11:59 pm on Thursday, May 31.

Change of grade forms to clear Incomplete grades from Spring 2011 and prior terms, and Spring 2010 RP grades are due by 4:45 pm at window ‘R’ in the Student Services Center.

Faculty Grading Labs Scheduled

Open labs for grading assistance have been scheduled. Open labs are informal sessions where qualified trainers are available to assist faculty members with entering grade information into MySJSU/PeopleSoft.

  • Dates: Tuesday, Dec 13, and Friday, Dec 16          
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Location: Clark Hall 503 
  • Prerequisites: None
