Greetings students,
I am a representative for the first annual iidata Data Science Convention hosted on May 21, 2016 at the UC Davis Conference Center. iidata is a convention catered to college undergraduates to further their knowledge and to create a central space for people to explore this contemporary field. iidata was founded on the ambition of several passionate students trying to spread the wonders of data science.
iidata is planned to have the following events:
(i) Workshops:R, D3, SQL, and Machine Learning
(ii) Research Exhibition,
(iii) Timed Programming Competitions
(iv) Guest Speakers: Learnable, Intel, CHHS, Square, Baidu
