AAAS Annual Meeting comes to San Jose in 2 weeks! Thousands of leading scientists, engineers, educators, policymakers, and journalists from around the world will gather to discuss recent developments in science and technology.

Student Session Aides
Student session aides are an integral part of the Annual Meeting and work closely with AAAS staff. Various positions are available, from assisting speakers while they present research to helping news staff in the press briefing room.
Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to serve as session aides. Volunteer for 8 hours to receive free registration for the entire meeting; volunteer for 16 hours to receive free registration and a year-long digital subscription to Science.

Student rates for meeting registration are heavily discounted. Both undergraduate and graduate students may attend the full meeting for $100—the AAAS student member rate is $70. Register online now.
