SJSU has a new level of predictability with regard to service uptime and downtime from IT Services.
Responding to direct feedback from user experience outreach across campus, IT Services is publishing the current IT Service Availability Calendar schedule for 2015 (infrastructure, administrative applications, etc.).
This information is available on the IT Services website at Service Availability.
Based on faculty, staff and student input, the IT Service uptime schedule includes major items of concern and interest, particularly around start of semester and examination time with appropriate leading time of ‘no change’ periods.
