“After HR Orientation, I visited Parking Services to purchase a permit. As an employee at the Athletics Department, I was unsure if purchasing an employee lot permit or Park & Ride permit was best. Anthony went out of his way to explain to me the price breakdown and benefits of each type of permit. Upon selecting the Park & Ride permit, he gave me tips (such as parking close to the Athletics Department Building to avoid parking between students) to have a better experience in the long run. He also provided reassurance of being able to come back to him to purchase the employee lot permit, if I knew I would be on campus more.
