Has your office experienced a reorganization, department name or location change? If so, and to ensure mail and packages are properly delivered in a timely manner by Distribution Services, please review the Campus Extended Zip Codes webpage to see if the correct information is reflected for your department. If the delivery information is incorrect or missing from the list, please complete the Campus Extended Zip Code Request form to update extended zips with Distribution Services. If you have any questions, please contact Sonja Bowsky at firstname.lastname@example.org or 4-1592.
In order to accommodate a schedule conflict in Distribution Services, some departments may experience a delay in their delivery/pick up services on May 23. Instead of the normal service window of 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., departments may receive services from Distribution Services between 1 p.m. to 4 p.m that day. Normal delivery service will resume on Wednesday, May 24. Incoming and pick up of shipments from the FedEx Dado Street facility will remain unchanged.
If you are expecting a critical shipment that must be delivered in the morning or if you have any questions, please contact the Sonja Bowsky, Distribution Services Manager, at (408) 924-1592 or sonja.bowsky@sjsu.
Please forward this message to any staff or faculty you feel should be notified.
