In order to accommodate a schedule conflict in Distribution Services, some departments may experience a delay in their delivery/pick up services on May 23. Instead of the normal service window of 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., departments may receive services from Distribution Services between 1 p.m. to 4 p.m that day. Normal delivery service will resume on Wednesday, May 24. Incoming and pick up of shipments from the FedEx Dado Street facility will remain unchanged.
If you are expecting a critical shipment that must be delivered in the morning or if you have any questions, please contact the Sonja Bowsky, Distribution Services Manager, at (408) 924-1592 or firstname.lastname@example.org and she will address your concerns. We apologize for the inconvenience.
