The problem with running reports in Finance Data Warehouse has been resolved.
CFS and Finance Data Warehouse users are experiencing the following problems:
- In CFS, users are unable to retrieve and print their ProCard Adjustment statement.
- In Finance Data Warehouse, users cannot view results in their reports because they display the message “View Display Error”.
Chancellor’s Office IT Services are aware of the problems and we will update you when they have been resolved.
Great news! The CFS 9.2 MP 3.0 upgrade is completed and the system, along with FTS and Finance Data Warehouse, are available again to users.
