The Common Financial System (CFS) production system is currently unavailable. This incident has been reported to the technicians at the Chancellor’s Office and we are awaiting a resolution.
For employees who track or manage department budgets, please note that the month of October 2016 is now closed in CFS.
This means that the General Ledger (GL) system will not accept any more entries with a October journal date. October transactions can still be entered into the GL system, but the journal date must be 11/1/2016 or later. The current period open is November 2016.
Campus users may have received an email message from Office Depot’s Implementation Team announcing their new website and including an access password. This is a reminder that the CSU and SJSU no longer have an agreement with Office Depot to provide office supplies. Staples Advantage is the campus office supply provider and orders for office supplies should be placed through the Campus Marketplace portal. Also, Medius Corp. is our strategic partner for SJSU business stationery and business cards. All other printing services or custom printed orders are to be requested through a Requisition.
