As you know, IRA and Miscellaneous Course Fee funds were rolled into the new SSETF fund last year. Departments were given a year to spend balances in the old IRA and Course Fee fund groups.
We are in the process of closing out these fund groups and need your assistance. Please review your current financial data and transfer any expenses that posted to IRA or Course Fee funds during the 2013-14 to another appropriate fund by September 30th. Measures have been taken to ensure payroll expenditures will no longer post to these funds, but non-salary activity may have occurred since July 1st.
