Hendrick has two decades of professional experience in the advertising industry, including the tech sector. He has managed and implemented corporate branding and positioning initiatives, integrated media campaigns, and promotions and co-marketing programs at the local, national and international levels. He has received numerous awards for his creative and strategic thinking.

Rucker worked for 39 years as a journalist, including as a CNN correspondent and a national news producer/reporter for Newsweek. He serves as host and moderator of the show “Equal Time” on San Francisco-based PBS station KTEH.
